Shipping Information

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

While most orders ship within 1–2 business days, processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of high demand.

How much is shipping?

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and available shipping services.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing may require the customer to contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Tactical Now is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Shipping Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.

Currency

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may convert the charge into your local currency.
