What is your refund and replacement policy?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds or returns for orders where the customer simply changes their mind after receiving the product.
What if my package is lost?
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. Tactical Now cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email containing your tracking number.

Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may convert the charge into your local currency if applicable.
