Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
Please note that packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
Address Changes
Please verify your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If you believe you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
